This condo was just perfect for our family. We walked to The Shrimp Basket for dinner one evening. They are one mile apart on Perdido Key Drive and both sit directly on the beach with unobstructed views of. Ocean Breeze East has 31 units and Ocean Breeze West has 47 units. The eight-story buildings were built in 1984. The pool is very well maintained and nice. Ocean Breeze is a two-building condominium community with a total of seventy-eight units in Perdido Key, Florida. No crowds and no condos on either side is a plus. It is a very short walk from the condo to the beach which is especially nice for small children. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We could all be together as a family, in comfort with an awesome view. Love the open concept of the kitchen, living and dining area. The view, oh the view! It was so nice to be in a kitchen with a view of the ocean. This worked out perfect with 2 small children as they could not open the glass sliding door onto the balcony. The condo is very well maintained and spacious with comfortable bedding etc for everyone. That fancy thermostat in the hallway that shows you the weather is awesome. We rented it based on the excellent reviews, photos and wonderful comments about the owners Tony and Elizabeth.This third floor corner condo is amazing.The absolute cleanest place ever! Yes, there were cupcakes and flowers when we arrived, a very personal touch.The tile work throughout is beautiful. A family of 7 (5 adults, a 3 and 1 year old).
